Master Magnus over at our Galacticsenate.com boards was looking at THIS PICTURE over at Rebelscum.com from the 2007 LEGO catalog. At first glance, it's nothing all that interesting outside of the cool product. However, Magnus noticed that some of the text (under the third bullet) mentions a "...Star Wars DVD box set that will be released for the 30th anniversary...".

They probably weren't supposed to say anything and perhaps no one thought to translate the German text before issuing the catalog and making sure it's cool, but there it is in print. If you wanted some kind of confirmation that a 30th Anniversary boxed set is in the works, outside of the reports on this site and others, that should do nicely...for now.

Then again, it could just be wishful German thinking... or a misprint... but I'm doubting that.

Grievous - October 4, 2006 wow... this is really surpirising... I'm not sure if we shoudl take it as an OFFICIAL confirmation, though, but it's certainly better than hearing about some rumours here and there... I'm pretty sure it WILL happen, though - it's Lucas, after all - I just hope that Lucasfilm will give the official confirmation sometime next year =D

If they do the cool thing and market it for May 25th then we should see announcements after the new year or maybe at the en dof this year some time. Yea, real specific, Lou, I know but hey, I don't work for Lucasfilm marketing - thank God. It would be a whole different show over there were that the case.
