There are three scenes dealing with Luke at the beginning of RETURN OF THE JEDI that are somewhat related to each other but I feel deserve to be in separate sections due to the size of the posts. This is one of the three.

Jabba's barge was akin to a big pirate ship with the only thing missing being a rousing chorus of, "Yo, Ho, Ho, and a Bottle of Rum!"

In the scene from RETURN OF THE JEDI on Dagobah where Ben (Obi-Wan) Kenobi's ghost teaches Luke the concept of seeing things from a "certain point of view," there was originally more dialogue revealing a little more about Anakin/Vader.

There's a scene in the Return of the Jedi novelization where Han, Leia, Chewie and the rebel commandos encounter some stormtroopers on their way from the bunker's back door to the control room. They have to zig-zag through some corridors to get where they need to go and, of course, they're all guarded.

I would like to see this particular scene in the movie. Sounds like a fun extra scene. Especially now that we've seen what Jedi Knights can do in these films.
I THINK THIS WAS A GREAT GREAT ARTICAL
Unless my memory is faulty, I remember at least a portion of Luke Jumping and holding on to the grate when I saw the film in 1983. I don't remember the Jawas hitting his hands, but Luke did jump up and then fell back down. I remember this because I thought that is what he should have done if he had fallen and then a second or two later he tried it.
